Eligibility & Use
To use HealingRoom, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
Payments & Refunds
Purchases of digital books and Healing Room sessions are final once processed. Counseling sessions may be rescheduled subject to our counselor's availability if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
Transaction Security: All payments are subject to verification via Flutterwave. We reserve the right to cancel access if payment is found to be fraudulent.
Intellectual Property
All content provided on HealingRoom, including books, videos, and graphics, is the property of Bridging Hearts International Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, HealingRoom and its counselors provide advice and resources for informational and growth purposes. We are not liable for personal decisions made based on our content.
